Patricia A Harris is the current Commander of the NC Veterans Council. She is a Past State Commander of The American Legion, Department of North Carolina. Patricia is an Army, Persian Gulf War Combat Veteran and Founder of Women Veterans Support Services, Inc. (WVSS). Since 2007, this non profit organization in Raleigh has specialized in providing Crisis Management for women veterans. In 2013 Patricia received the “Order of the Long Leaf Pine” award by Gov. McCrory.

COL(Ret) Graham has served as the MOAA NC Council of Chapters President. Previous history includes 4 years on the Governors Veterans Affairs Commission, CDR of the New Hanover County Veterans Council, Chair of the Veterans Stand- Down Committee for NHCVC, President of the SENCLAND Chapter, NCCOC. She also served as President, Army Nurse Corps Association and Chairs their Conventions. She retired with 24 years of service in 2002.

Fran Perez-Wilhite, a resident of Charlotte since 1991, is a Business Development Specialist with the NC Military Business Center.  Previously, Fran held numerous management positions at Philip Morris USA where she had been employed for thirteen years.  Prior to this, she was a Lieutenant in the US Army.

Ms. Perez-Wilhite graduated from Wake Forest University, where she earned a Master of Business Administration in 1997.
